Michelle gained a greater understanding of the credit union movement when she attended the CCCU and WOCCU conferences, which stimulated her desire to increase her knowledge of the movement. To be better equipped to serve her local credit union, Michelle opted to complete the orientation courses for the Supervisory and the Credit Committees at the Barbados Co-operative & Credit Union League Ltd.
